Once you’ve done your test and popped your blood sample into the prepaid envelope, just drop it into any UK/Irish postbox — postage is already covered, so you’re good to go.
Please note: Make sure to take the test between Monday and Thursday and post it the same day. If you send it over the weekend, it might get delayed and won’t be usable by the lab.
Yes. You can book a private phone consultation with one of our partner dotctors to have your results explained to you and receive advice on how to improve them if necessary.
The doctor will be able to answer any questions you have about your results, how they relate to your overall health, and what you can do to bring them back to normal if any are outside of the normal range.
